Error when flashing program into NTM88

When i flash program into NTM88, IDE (code warrior 11.1) throw out an error like picture attached. What are reason for this error and how can i fix it? thanks you so much. im using USB BDM

Dear Huy,

please refer to section 3.1 in the AN12523 attached. Part of the firmware flash is protected and cannot be overwritten.
