Does NXP support development on Linux workstations?

I only use Linux - haven't used M$ since last century. I also prefer to use my own tools and software wherever possible.

In general, I do not like IDEs. I much prefer the commandline to GUI tools.

I'd like to use the GNU compiler/assembler/debug toolchain.

Does NXP support these preferences?
