Do MC68HC908QL4 support S908QC16E0MDTER?

We want to buy a EVB board for S908QC16E0MDTER. Do MC68HC908QL4 support S908QC16E0MDTER?

hi,

MC68HC908QL4 use HC08 core and S908QC16E0MDTER use HCS08 core.

MC68HC908QL4 project can not work for  S908QC16E0MDTER directly.

I checked the website:

And find S908QC16E0MDTER do use HCS08 core. Please help confirm it.

But it has 16KB flash memory size. So which EVB will you advice for me?

sorry for my confusion. i just checked the S908QC16E0MDTER again. it DO use HC08 core. NOT HCS08.

so you use 68HC908QT4  Demonstration board or DEMO908QB8 instead,

I just check MC908QB8 Demonstration Board|Freescale

DEMO908QB8 is no longer manufactured.

M68DEMO908QT4 can be only purchased from distributer

Demonstration Board|Freescale

there is no HC08Q demo board integrated 16k byte flash chip.

I suggest you use DEMO9S08QG8 which belongs to HCS08 family.
