I must say i am a bit disappointed , nobody took a little time to respond to my desperate request for help.
Thanks, I have resloved the issue myself . I been to many other forums like the 8052 and
found it to be very diffrent where everyone tries to asist each other even it is a easy or simple question

It is sad you are dissappointed.
Speaking for myself, I receive daily emails of content from this forum from several areas and I respond to them as soon as I can depending on my knowledge and time availability. Sometime it is within a few hours and sometimes I do not even see the message for more than a day before I have an opportunity to respond.
As far as I know, this is a volunteer effort and this forum normally has very good answers if you are patient. I know from my experience that just writing a question to post on this forum will often answer my question for me by causing me to focus more clearly on the content of my question. Reading the Manual or datasheets while waiting for an answer is also a very good use of time as Mac declared.
I recommend you focus your efforts more on learning your tradecraft than on harboring your dissappointment.

Your criticism of this forum would appear totally unjustified!
You do not say, but I presume that this is the thread to which you refer. As you can see, two responses were given, both within a period of 48 hours from the original post. You even replied to the first one.
I also noticed that you started a second thread on exactly the same subject, about 30 minutes after the first thread was created. This is not helpful, and is actually considered to be abuse of the forum rules. If your expectation was that you should receive a reply to your query within 30 minutes, this time would be better spent properly reading the datasheet for the device.
