Data Loss at Flash Memory - MC9S08AC60

Dear Expert.

I need you help.I use MC9S08AC60 mcu at washing machine and now I got memory loss at program memory area.I use 6 michine run continue and I see 2 machine has this problem.At design I use virtual EEprom at address 870 to A70 and program memory at 1860 to FFFF.

PLs Help me to fix this problem.
