BDM driver cw v6.3

my P&E USB multilink Universal Interface MC908JB8 chip needs a BDM driver to download my code to my MCS08QG8 chip. Otherwise I need a P&E USB multilink Universal board to load my MC9S08QG8 chip. And the board runs about $200. I would prefer to get a BDM driver for my Lenovo USB port. U say the BDM driver is in the CW v6.3 dvelopment software code! I loaded the CW v6.3 code but it will not install, because the "OS is wrong". the orginal OS was for my xp computer, but i am running windows 11 now and the cw v6.3 will not install on that OS. HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

well, i need the BDM interface for my MC9s08qg8 chip. i am trying to use Windows 11 with a BDM USB driver. Can i create a VM and accomplish this task, or is that path a dead end, too.

Hello,

CodeWarrior v6.3 is not compatible with windows 11; to use CodeWarrior in windows 11 please update to v11.1, this is the reason why you can't install CW v6.3 in windows 11.

Could you share what your connection of P&E USB Multilink shows in Device Manager>Jungo Connectivity?

Does it appear somewhere else? or have a warning sign?

For example, I have this setting for P&E USB Multilink:

In USB Multilink Universal and USB Multilink Universal FX Technical Summary [USBMLUNIVERSALFX] documentation Chapter 6 Driver Installation mention that a copy of the driver installation program may be downloaded from P&E page "Support Center">Downloads. if you need an updated driver.
