Is there even a 128k version of the DZ? When I spoke with Freescale just the other week, they said that 60k was the largest one.

Well according to that page, no there is not.
I figured he was mistaken about the 128 and the referenced page would answer that.

At one point freescale had indicated that there would be a DZ128 at some point in the future but I am not sure if this is still the case.  I remember seeing it on a roadmap but it was an old document.
 
 
Document is from 2006 and shows the DZ with 96K and 128K options, I think these might have fallen out of favor with Freescale as all new documentation doesn't mention them.

Another note, in July of last year Freescale provided an update to CodeWarrior 6.0 to support the DZ96 and DZ128.  Perhaps these are still planned, but someone from Freescale would have to clear this up.

I got the evaluation board from softec microsystems which consists of this controller.But datasheet is not available.

The mcu, or the board?

To find a part you would go to products/8-bit/ then pick the one you want off the left menu.
