We have used 908MR32 for more than 10 years, but now it's difficult to purchase it, so I want to use a new MCU to replace 908MR32. Any model suggested? +5V power is prefer. Thanks a lot.
the 908MR32 is part of the HC08 family that is very old and all the devices are no longer manufactured o not recommended for new design, you will need to move to the HCS08 (S08) family that is the current 8 bit family, you can check the MC9S08P family, please check the following document and link
