NAND BOOT fail on iMX6UL

Hi,

I am using iMX6UL in custom board design. I am booting from SLC NAND memory. MT29F8G08ABABAWP

Please see attached schematic.

I am able to write image to the NAND Flash using USB OTG1 using serial download mode.

Configured Boot configuration resistor setting to the NAND Flash boot. See below table.

Boot mode is set to Internal boot for booting from NAND memory. But not able to Boot from NAND Flash.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ritesh

please verify that nand was programmed with mfg tool

using steps described on

for debugging one can use procedure given on

with difference that ROM address 0x000001e0 contains pointer

to internal RAM location where boot log buffer is stored.

After fail, one can connect jtag and check boot data at 0x907400.
