MCUXpresso v10.1.1.606 - hangs at 2% when debugging

Setup is an i.MX RT1050 board connected with a j-link Segger interface.

When opening MCUXpresso and launching a Debug session, the debug session starts within an acceptable timeframe, however, if I stop the debug session and restart it, launching of the debug session will hang at 2% completion and can stay there for a 60+ sec before continuing.

My current solution is exiting and restarting MCUXpresso because that is actually faster than trying to launch a debug session for a second time.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Mathieu,

I don't remember that I saw someting like this. Have you tried the MCUXpresso 10.2 already?

The 10.2 includes updated debugger and update J-Link files, so your problem might be solved with this?
