Hi. I use the uC 9s12zvl for my application and I have a problem do to the current consumption in Stop Mode. When the uC is in the Sleep Mode, sometimes the consumption is about 700 uA while in others time the current is about 200 uA. Moreover, if I not use the ADC the current consumption is about 200 uA, but if I enable it the consumption assumes these two value alternately. Then, I disable the ADC before to put the uC in Stop Mode, but the problem remains. I think that the ADC is the problem. Then, how can I resolve it?

Yes, the ADC is the problem.

The ADC module requires ADC soft-reset before the MCU enters the stop mode.
There is also a workaround.
