How to config JN5169 + SE2431 PA ?

The JN5169-001-M06-2/OM15057-1 does use JN5169 + SE2431 PA，
how can I enable the SE2431?

Is there a API or a document to describe this?

And also, if I use RFX2401C replace SE2431, the config is same?
