how can i get the activation ID ?

Hello,

Typically when you initiate S32DS download you should receive a notification email that includes activation ID:

If you don't receive any email you can retrieve Activation ID from your nxp.com account:

Detailed description how to install S32DS is described in attached manual ("<S32DS root directory>\S32DS\help\pdf\s32ds.arm.win.installation_manual.pdf")
