eMMC Fuses And Card did not respond to voltage select! I.MX6UL

Dear all

We was able to modify MFG tool for eMMC flashing in our custom Automotive I.MX6 UL board

Micron 4.4.1 2GB

After failing

BOOTCFG1:   0X6D    
BOOTCFG2:   0XCA     8 bit DDR

We tried

BOOTCFG1: 0X6D 
BOTCFG1:    0X0A      1 bit SDR

And it works!
2 of 10 boards booted fine from eMMC

Can I now program for 8 bit SDR ?

8 of 10 boards show "Card did not respond to voltage select!" when triing to flash with MFG Tool

Its strange that 8 boards were bad assembled so i hope its a software error

I am facing same issue in my custom board based on 8M Mini. Half of the boards eMMC does not respond and show "card did not respond to voltage select" error. Detailed logs are as under, Please let me know what could be the issue.
