imx7 ethernet not working with BCM54220 phy

phy detected as Generic PHY  , link shows up , but no communication, link detection properly happening, on probing hardware ENET1_RGMII_TX_CTL / DATA no signals. 

ENET1_RX_CTL / DATA signals ok
