About Linux real-time BSP question, I found linux-imx-rt-3.10.17.bb recipe under sources/meta-fsl-arm/recipes-kernel/linux directory based on the Yocto 1.7 BSP(3.14.28_1.0.0).

Do you have any patch for linux-imx-rt-3.14.28.bb for Linux real-time BSP based on the Yocto 1.7 BSP(3.14.28_1.0.0)?

There is no patch from the official Freescale yocto release repo, however there is one for the Yocto community proyect bsp, please check it:
