I am working with MPC5674f..could you send  Flex CAN sample code for MPC5674f...what is difference between FLEXCAN & TOUCAN & CAN2.0B..what is reason to use Rx 14 Mask & Rx 15 Mask only..

TouCAN is older module used on older devices. FlexCAN is used on new devices - there are more features, more message buffers... Both support CAN 2.0A and 2.0B specification. That means standard 11-bit and extended 29-bit identifiers.
