No Binaries are created after the build process in Code warrior IDE ?

I got stucked in code warrior while building my project, due to non creation of the binaries and the .afx or .elf files for my project. Except binaries and .afx files all other files are created(make files) without any issues.  Kindly help me if anyone knows it.
