Can't log into Freescale from Firefox on Linux

I've been able to log into the Forums via the Freescale logon from both my Windows Laptop and my Linux Desktop, both from Firefox.

The Windows logon is still working, but the Firefox on Linux one now (and for the last week) gives me a blank screen after I click on "Login".

Has anything changed with this site? Does anyone know if anything has changed with Firefox?

I've searched this site for anyone else reporting a similar problem. Google couldn't find anything obvious,.

Thanks,

Tom

FIXED IT!

The Web Site seemed to think I was in Korea! I couldn't even get to "www.freescale.com" as it would always give me a "404 Not Found":

I was also getting the following from the Error Console when clicking on the "Login" button:

The fix was to go into the Firefox "History", select one of the Freescale URLs, then say "forget this site". It wiped out ALL my browsing history for Freescale, and forgot my password cookie too. I can now get to the non-korean site and can log in.

Tom,

Thanks for the post.  We saw it and have been trying to recreate it without success.  Can you provide some more detail on the version of Windows and Firefox? If anyone else is having a similar issue, details on your environment would be appreciated.

Thanks, Paul

The version of Windows is "Ubuntu Linux" :-).

Precise Pangolin 12.04 LTS and whatever the current Thunderbird version that goes with that distribution is.

I can't tell you the Firefox version tonight because the machine is at work, and I can't tell you from work as I can't log in. I'll find a way to EDIT this post tomorrow with the details.

(Edit) "Firefox 23.0 Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0"

I went to log in with the Firefox Debug Console running, and strangely enough, it let me log in.
