RT 1176 quad timer

Hi,

I am working on QUAD timers in i.MX RT1176 board.

in sdk example under Quad timer - Input capture output PWM is not working.

please help me to resolve issue

I am not able to generate PWM output signal at pin j9-112.  I have not removed R414. 

Is it necessary to remove..?

Hi,

R414 is not populated in the board so only if you added this resistor previously will be necessary to remove.

I tested the example myself and it worked correct. I feed J9-8 with a 50 KHz square signal and I was able to see 50 KHz in J9-12. Please make sure you are providing a signal first, otherwise the example will not generate output signal.

Its new evk I have  not populated R414 previously. do you want me to remove..?

If you have not populated R414 then there is nothing to remove. The example should work correct with no hardware modification on the EVK.

Hi,

Could you please clarify what exactly is not working? Are you able to measure output signal at pin J9-12? Is the example capturing correctly a signal input in the QTMR pin? Did you remove R414?

It would be also useful if you clarify the SDK and IDE version you are using, the readme file provides a description of how to run the example properly.
