The speed at which EMC connects to SDRAM is different from the description in the RT1020 reference manual and user manual. Which one is correct?

Hi,

RT1020 SEMC module can run at 166MHz, so the SDRAM should be able to run at 166MHz. But the IO has overshoot problem. It will have EMI/EMC problem if hardware design is not very perfect. It is strongly recommended to follow the hardware development guide.
