pauses at ISR while debugging

i was working on imxrt1050evkb costamized board , while debugging,my code some times  pauses automatically at GPIO interrupt isr when i give continue it works normally. please suggest what could b the problem ,thank you

As discussed on the case, since the behavior you are facing can be reproducible only on your custom board, we need to start discarding possible root causes. The first thing that got my attention is that you are using an old version of the SDK, could you please download the newest version (2.7.0) of the SDK to see if the behavior persists?
