i.MXRT1062: SEMC 16b data, 13b addr, CS,CLK,WR can be used to access external devices ?

Anybody has used i.MX RT 1062 as a processor with external address/data bus & control signals like RD/WR, CLK, CS ?

I want to use this controller to replace Freescale processor of our legacy product.

If you know any reference design or application note, please provide me link.

The SEMC can be used to access external devices such as SDRAM, NAND, etc. There is an example of this module on the EVKs as they integrate an SDRAM connected through this module.

Is this the use case you are searching or how you want to interface it?

We want to interface external SRAM, FLASH & some latches, decoders.

There is only an example of the SDRAM usage as the EVKs have this memory connected.
You can check some guides on how to connect different devices in the SEMC chapter of the Reference Manual.
