SOM using MXRT1020/MXRT1050

I'm looking for SOM using MXRT1020 (MIMXRT1021DAF5A).  Any suggestions?

Hi Wira,

The i.MXRT1020 is not released in our website. We only make the development board, no SOM board. So in the future, about the SOM board you can try to find the third company. Hope this can do help for you.
