Hi,

Working on a new RT1064 design.  Since Vrefh is bonded to VDDA_ADC_3P3, I'd like to drive VDDA_ADC_3P3 with a reference, instead of using the [relatively] noisy 3.3V supply.

I'm struggling to find a supply requirement for VDDA_ADC_3P3.  Page 23 of IMXRT1064CEC says that max is 40mA.  If I'm reading it correctly, 33mA of that is for the resistive touch screen (worst case).  I'm not using the Touch Screen Controller.  Does that mean that without the TSC, VDDA_ADC_3P3 max is 7mA for both converters running at 1MS/s?  Seems a bit light.

Running at running at 1MS/s is not specified. However, you can find more details of typical values and conditions in Table 55. 12-bit ADC characteristics (VREFH = VDDA, VREFL = VSSAD) of the datasheet.
