RT1061 does not boot when code size on flash memory is exceed 256k

Hi, I am using MIMXRT1061DVL6B with 8MB flash memory from winbond.

the problem is once the code size on flash is exceed 256kbyte.

RT1061 is not properly booted.

is there any possible reason and solution for it?

I am using this device for consumer electronics.

Are you using the EVK? If yes, the boot mode should be at internal boot.
How do you determine what is not going well? Could you share the LOG?
What is the number of the memory?
