Not able to program and debug in MIMXRT1170-EVK board using keil and ulink pro.

Hi,

I am using keil 5.36 ide and ulink prod to download the hex file and debugging. In this evalution board I am not able to load the code. here I attached the error photo. 

Can I able to load the the code with ulink prod or should I follow some other method?

Are you able to flash and debug your board with another debugger and IDE? For instance, using the on-board debugger and MCUXpresso IDE?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a ULINK Pro to test it on my side.

By any chance, have you already reached ARM to ask them about this?

For now I don't have any other debugger or ide. My understanding is that this MIMXRT1176 don't have any internal flash so we have to program external flash only. for that any other configuration required?

since I am directly taking examples provided in keil ide and changing only debugger configuration to ulink prod  from cimsis dap and build the code and tried to load . I also tried cimsis dap but same issue I am facing. I may be wrong since I am using this type of board first time.
