Hi to everyone,
I'm looking for a solution to this issue:
I have developed some boards with i. MXRT 1024/1052 microcontrollers.
When a glitch in power supply occurs (VDD HIGH IN fall down from 3V3 TO 2V for 20m sec) the power monitor (UM803RS from UNION SEMICONDUCTOR reset threshold 2.55V TO 2,70V) reset the cpu, but the cpu remain freezeed.
I have copied and mounted the power monitor circuit as in the EVB schematic ( see attached files).
In the i.mxrt data sheet is written that VDD HIGH IN threshold is 3V to 3,6V so, may be, it could be better use UM803 with a threshold near to 3V?
Did anyone meet the same issue in EVB or in a self developed board?
Could anyone in NXP trying on the EVB what happens in the same conditions?
ATTACHED FILES:
My schematic 3VSTBY= VDD_HIGH_IN EVB
My schematic +3V3V=DCDC_3V3 EVB
Thanks, best regrads.
