Hello Aleksandr,
The closest recommendation I can give you from the MCU side are RT1050, RT1060 or RT1064. This MCU includes two USB 2.0 Controller Cores that supports up to 8 bidirectional endpoints each.
There are other options such as LPC546XX family or LPC5500 family but these MCUs support only one HS USB module and one FS USB module.
