JTAG can not connect to the MIMXRT1060 EVK

I am using the MIMXRT1060 EVK and using J-LINK to connect to its JTAG 20-PIN header but the J-LINK can not connect and always give error "can not connect"... say screen shoot below from J-LINK DBG server

as per user manual of this EVK, I removed the J47 and J48 to enable JTAG. However, this does not help.

Can you please help me pointing what is the problem and how to fix this?

Hello hossamfattah,

Can you try to use J-Link Commander to connect to the target? Try to use SWD instead of JTAG.

Maybe try to remove also the jumpers J49 and J50.
