Question: I want to integrity check for the system(Flash, RAM and CPU etc). Please guide me to do.
Answer:
1: For Flash, I suggest you can use SDK demo "evkbmimxrt1170_flexspi_nor_polling_transfer_cm7", and link application to RAM.
In this example, flexspi will send data and operate the external Nor flash connected with FLEXSPI.
2: For RAM, I suggest you can refer to application Note

I do not suggest you burn Fuse to enable ECC for test.
3: For CPU and Peripherals:
I suggest you can run SDK demo on your board.
NXP releases a lot of SDK demos, you can refer to.
