IMXRT1064 Hyper Ram Example

Hi Dear Authorized,

I just want to implement Hyper Ram usage on my card which uses IMXRT1064. My card also have DRAM (Cypress - S27KL0642/S27KS0642). Therefore, I need reference sdk example. I find it for hyper_flash_pooling.

Q1: Could you please share me hyper_ram version of it?

Q2: Could you also please share me if any helpful document exist=

Hi,

There is an application note AN12239 about using HyperRAM with i.MXRT1050.

The Hyper RAM device is Cypress S27KS0641.
