I'm looking for a document that details which PLL characteristics such as jitter.
Is there a way to check these characteristics other than using an EVK to measure them?
The PLL Jitter is not a documented value, however we can ensure that our PLL was designed to keep this value as low as possible. For an exact value on this measure, individual test of your part number would be necessary.
I have two packages, MIMXRT1062DVL6B and MIMXRT1062DVJ6B.
