I can't see the accuracy spec for the DCDC converter on IMXRT10**.  The reason for asking is that the datasheet specifies, for VDD_SOC min 1.15V for normal operation and 1.25V for overdrive.

I have seen some SDK examples set DCDC_OUT to 1.25V for overdrive configuration and others set DCDC_OUT to 1.275V for overdrive.

1.275V is the correct voltage, the 1.25V setting in SDK code should be updated.

I am interested in the answer for RT1050 series and RT1010 series.  For both of these devices the range is 1.15 - 1.3V as you show here.

Hi @gavin5342

I hope you are doing great!

To give you a better response :  could you specify in which part number and related SDK did you saw those parameters and  DCDC output settings?

For example, according to the RT1060 DS, the VDD_SOC_IN tolerates up to 1.3v

All the best,
