IMX RT 1064 with sdram interface

Hi,

   We going to interface 8 bit sdram (AS4C32M8SA-7TCNTR) this part supports imxrt 1064 ?

   What are important pins we needs to concentrate 8 bit sdram interface ?

Hello,

 The RT1064 supports 8bit SDRAM. Due to I have not the datasheet for the part number AS4C32M8SA-7TCNTR. I can't find the feature for it. Please consider the pins like this when connect to the SRRAM.

And One may refer to the related information of the  EVK board.

Hi fangfang,

        SDRAM DQS DQS pin should be floating it's mandatory ?

        We using two ethernet.

        Ethernet2 MDIO muxed with GPIO_EMC_39.

        Ethernet2 MDIO one more pin muxed with LCD_ENABLE we using lcd also.

        Now how can i handle DQS pin ?

     EVK contains 16bit SDRAM interface.

     Please see attached link datasheet available and give feedback.
