Have any tool measure function 's time execution and power consumer on MXRT-1050

Hi everyone,

I want to measure the function 's time executed and power comsumer on i.MXRT-1050 Evaluation KIT. I search document and see the SWO Trace but I cant use that. Someone help me use that or suggest me some idea for measure them, i know i can use timer for measure time, but i search for some easier solution.
