Datasheets of MiMXRT1175AVP8A(144 pin), MiMXRT1175AVJ8A(196 pin)

Hi,

    I need details of what peripherals available in small form package of  of imxrt1170, they are 

MiMXRT1175AVP8A(144 pin) - 10 x 10 mm

MiMXRT1175AVJ8A(196 pin)  - 12 x 12 mm.

I need what are the peripherals available in the above two packages. I googled them but they are not available.

Please send datasheets/manuals of above both part numbers.

The above two packages are not available, so I'm not assured of they will not contain the peripherals versus MIMXRT1175AVM8A.

But as per "i.MX RT1170 Crossover  Processors Data Sheet for Automotive Products".

144, 196 pin configuration available. see below pic, are they not in production yet?
