I switched between python 3.8 and 3.10, results are same.

Yes, the error can be related to a missed package on your host.

Please try with the following packages described on Yocto Project User Guide:

sudo apt-get install gawk wget git-core diffstat unzip texinfo gcc-multilib build-essential chrpath socat cpio pylint3 xterm rsync curl zstd pzstd xz-utils python python3 python3-pip python3-pexpect python3-git python3-jinja2 libegl1-mesa libsdl1.2-dev debianutils iputils-ping zstd liblz4-tool libssl-dev

If this doesn't work, help me by sharing the log file created by Yocto. For example, on your shared error Yocto give the path to find the log.
