How do you download it to ram?Can you share the command/script you use?

Are you using uboot.bin or imx-boot.xxx?

The uuu support download it ram automatically(imx-boot.xxx ). If you use uboot.bin, you need use uuu script download it to relocate address.

[sofia_0571]

enters the command-line mode,download uboot.bin by tftpboot,and jumping to u-boot.
