I want to develop a GPIO Driver in wince 7.0 for a Freescale
imx6s am new in this and if anybody has any previous experience in
this please reply...Can I get any documentaion to port wince.

The wince BSP is not provided by freescale. The linux and android BSP are released on freescale's website. The wince BSP is provided by the third company ,so you can contact their support team. So sorry.
