hi ,i am seeking for microcontroler (arm) that work up to 600 MHz . can i use imx535 for microcontroler application?because i need a microcontroler that work in 600MHz? is it possible?
You might check Nucleus for RTOS on i.MX53 as well:
http://www.mentor.com/embedded-software/nucleus/processor-support
Yes, i.MX53 can run at 600MHz, so can be used.
yes i know it.but imx53 usually use for micro processor not micro controler .i dont decide make OS on imx53 .just use as microcontroler. there is no document for imx53 that explain it's registers,GPIO and .. like cortex m4 user guide for example .ok?
