Hi Yuri,

How to set the gpio pin, and make the timestamp count?

I used "echo 1 > /gpio/pin16/value" command, but it shows the error message

"echo write error operation not permitted". My device still catch the same

timestamp message again and again.

Hello,

  GPIO_16 for IEEE-1588 timestamp operation may be configured in device tree section.

Below is example, when it is used as external clock source ENET_REF_CLK :
