service request doesn't work

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to leave a service request, but always when I press the submit button it put me through to the page with the error without any error code. Therefore, I am unable to leave any requests on the FREESCALE webpage.

I'm using IE 9 and windows 7.

How can it be solved out?
