scale up a picture

we use i.mx6 solo platform.encode in transmiting terminal,and then decode in receving terminal.using h.264

when the receving solution is 1280*720.we want to scale up to 1920*1080.however when we scale up ,we

find that the picture is out of size however we adjust it.

IC module can resize and color conversion, but I don’t think IC can change the frame rate.

we did not change the frame rate.just resize the picture.when we scale up a picture the picture will out of size the screen.

we check the source code ,when the resolution bigger than 1024. it will set two parts stripe.left and right.does any bug in

ipu in the kernel. we did not have the answer, and ask for help
