processor getting over heated

Hi All ,

Processor is getting over heated.
1. With LVDS and Pico projector connected , during the device boot up , temperature raises up to 93 degree Celsius and processor shuts down with a thermal warning.

2. With LVDS and HDMI connected to device , same situation occurs .

I am using iMX6Q sabresd board and 4.3Jelly bean source code.
What might be the issue , How can it be handled in Software and Hardware ?
