mx6ul u-boot ddr3 initialization

Hi,

in u-boot 2015.4 which of file (Plugin.s) or imximage.cfg  init DDR3 memory? I want to change chip to 2Gb (in evk 4 Gb). Which of file i must to correct?

Ok, thank you. And the last question:

Im use a 2 Gbit DDR3 with MX6UL. In u-boot need change only PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE (config) and setting in imximage.cfg file? Or need to make any more changes?
