mx6 solo rev. D changes?

What are the differences between rev. C and D of IMX6 Solo (MCIMX6S5DVM10AC vs. AD)?  In the past there was an engineering bulletin listing the differences between revs and tie ins to the errata list.  I've searched and can't find either one for the rev. D.  We have existing product using the C and new product in design and I need to evaluate what to do with these.

i.MX6Solo parts with the Sillicon Revision “D”, which corresponds to Sillicon Revision 1.4 have some changes in fuses as Shown on the Fusemap Descriptions table of the i.MX6Solo Reference Manual.
