Hi all,
I want to use a single mDDR of 256MB (64M x 32 possibly) with the imx51, such as the micron MT46H64M32.
Can anybody tell me how to connect the data [31..0] and address [13..0] to the imx51 DDR controller? the application note only shows how to interface multiple 64M x 16 devices.
And can you suggest me other cheaper mDDR chips, micron devices are insanely expensive at low quantity.
