linux camera csi2 mux

Hi, dear friend 

Now we have developed camera driver  on linux 4.1.15-2.0.0 , and we want to use ipu1 csi0 for parallel camera tvp5150 and  ipu1 csi1 for mipi csi2 ouput. 

how to configuration csi2 mux to it ?
