I want to check memory function on 8X B0 silicon. Is any guide for this?

I mean, any initial sequence or related settings for ISI SS or pipeline which must be followed during the program?

no such document for imx8x B0, all information about ISI using, pls refer to the reference manual of imx8qxp and linux reference manual about ISI driver, if you don't find them, pls let me know it
